Ability to associate resolution of an issue with a recent commit (BB-10655)

When resolving an issue, it would be nice if the user had the option to associate the resolution with a recent commit that has been made. I end up linking to the commit in the comment section as an alternative.

A simple dropdown box with the 10 most recent commits would suffice.
