Feature Request : on the issue list, add column for unread comments (BB-10340)

I know it sends email everytime someone add comment to the issue i'm watching on, but i think the Web GUI itself should also indicate the same thing while viewing an issue or at least on the issue list. so that we can identify if someone post some new comments directly on GUI and don't have to rely on emails.
