Account Deactive

Hi Team,

I'm a newbee user for Bitbucket and sorry about i forgot my password.
After i had tried to login my account about 3 times , the account was locked.

My Account has been deactived about 2 days. How could i reset my password?
How long will it be reactive because i want to reset my password by my email ?
