Feature Request - don't "hide" on-hold issues (BB-10231)

It would be pretty nice if by default you could see the issues that are either open or on hold. When you put an issue on hold it's really almost like it disappears unless you go under view all. It's really easy to forget an issue that you put on hold if you can't see the issue after you put it on hold. I really don't want to scroll through or have to dig to find those tickets. If that made sense. Also if we could bulk edit issues that would be pretty cool to.
