REST Api does not support OPTIONS verb (BB-6559)

If the rest API is called from a browser (somedomain.com) with some headers in the request (i.e. Authorization), the browser first initiates an OPTIONS request as per w3c specs herer - http://www.w3.org/TR/cors/

Unfortunately BitBucket's REST api returns 405 response instead of 200 on those OPTIONS requests.
