Steps:

      1. Come to Downloads section
      2. Press Delete link on against file

The file should be removed. But I go to page https://bitbucket.org/name/repo/downloads/delete and it shows "File not found."

The repository has been renamed and moved from the private to the public. No problems with the download of this file. But it still is not removed.

Hello, I think it was a login problem, I experienced something similar now. I logged in and I saw my projects. I selected one project and I could not edit the downloads. It repaired itself after some clicking around.

            Hi,

I am not able to reproduce this bug, so I suspect the issue is related to the filename or the file itself.

Would you be able to tell me the exact details for the file are? If you don't feel comfortable telling me on this issue, I suggest emailing support@bitbucket.org and they'll be able to handle the issue in private.

            Cheers,
            Brian
