When creating or importing a repo with a name that exists, provide a link to that existing repo (BB-9312)

When creating or importing a repo with a name that exists, this error message is displayed:
"You already have a repository with this name."
It would be more efficient to also provide a link to that existing repo to offer a fast way to check if the repo are the same, and if so eventually sync or else
