Repository locked.

I've been working on trying to push code to a repository using SourceTree, and somehow one of my repositories is now locked (by a previous iteration of me).

The message:
password:waiting for lock on repository /Users/jramsey/Documents/Repositories_Mercurial/fmNotify held by 'Jamess-Mac-2.local:483'

for repository:
bitbucket.org/werkflo/fmnotify_mercurial
