seems from the beginning of June it becomes very slow and instable in china.

some times we can push code to bitbucket, and the speed is normal, but some times we cannot access site. and cannot connect server when push code.
please see the following error message:

ssh: connect to host bitbucket.org port 22: Connection timed out
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

Right now, we can only use proxy to access and push code to bitbucket.

Is there any way to solve this problem?
