            Our Chinese developers find the performance is better to use OpenSSH instead of PuTTY. Hope this helps.

            The site should be reachable now from China. There may be periodic issues with Downloads as those are hosted with Amazon CDN.

            We are hearing reports that the site is working in China now though. No updates yet from the Embassy on our letter being delivered.
