I think it would be nice to be able to link people to the Tags section of the Downloads page for a repository. Currently I can only link to the Downloads page and it always starts with the custom downloads I've added, but there are situations where I would want to link right to the tag downloads.

So, something like https://bitbucket.org/username/repo-name/downloads/tags or https://bitbucket.org/username/repo-name/downloads#tags
