    Description

      As a JIRA user, I went to the 'issue tracker' section of the admin view. I see a callout to invite me to use JIRA, but nothing indicating how to connect my existing JIRA instance.

      Would be helpful to provide a link, or simply the whole 'JIRA' block from the 2nd 'Links' screenshot.
