Paging results include previous pages issues in current page

The second link above is Page 2... yet it contains some of the issues found on Page 1. I've checked that they are not in fact duplicates but are the exact same issues.

Some of the issues on page 2 are different

It does this on ever page. Also, it's not like the top few are from the previous page.. they are interspersed all the way down the list. It's bizarre and quite annoying when trying to browse through all bugs, etc.
