Unable to see recent repositories, access admin panel of repositories with Chrome 22 [dev channel] (BB-4821)

The Repositories drop down does not show any recent repositories, and the admin tab of all repositories does not show the menu and all features. A few other javascript features seem to be missing as well, when run on Chrome 22, the latest from Dev Channel.

These features work correctly on the latest Safari.
