Wrong information in pull request accepted notification

I received a pull request on davidmc24/scm-activedirectory-auth-plugin, and then accepted it. When I got a notification email that the pull request had been accepted, it had incorrect information in the email. In particular, it claimed that someone else that I've never heard of (mcgarrybowen LABS) accepted the pull request.

Changes in sdorra/scm-activedirectory-auth-plugin have been pulled into davidmc24/scm-activedirectory-auth-plugin.
