Issue with slug of "follow" creates redirection loop (BB-3051)

      I made a ticket with the following titles.
      A issue does't open with redirection loop.

      Title: Follow の範囲や条件をどうするか決定する

      A generated URL has a problem.
      The tail of the URL becomes /follow.

      https://bitbucket.org/

      {username}

      /

      {repository}

      /issue/6/follow

      This has the problem of CSRF.
