Add date filter to issue query builder (BB-3020)

It would be very useful to have a date filter on the query builder. That way you would be able to generate a report for testers' weekly work automatically.

It would be specially helpful if the filter allowed to specify the number of days from the current day. That way, you would only have to generate the query once and would always get the dynamic report.
