Show the step size in build setup section of Pipelines build logs

      Hey team,

      It is currently not obvious to users if their build is running with an increased step size (ie 2x/4x/8x) without them mousing over the build steps within the build window to see the advanced step options:

      If we could include something like the following in the build setup portion of the build logs - this would be useful for transparency/troubleshooting:

      • Images used:
    build : docker.io/atlassian/default-image@sha256:d4b1cc074a5ac1ee5d9702a536b8a8456554732df70f4b55fd85515e4b106f8d
Runtime:
    cloud:
