Some customers have reported slowness in uploading cache/artifacts since the Bitbucket runner moved to S3. While increasing the timeout helps, the slowness still impacts some customers. It would be beneficial for Bitbucket to consider using S3 Transfer Acceleration for faster uploads and downloads.
