Allow users to delete Bitbucket Account without deleting Atlassian Account

      Currently, when clicking to delete your Bitbucket account, the page takes you to the full Atlassian Account deletion. This feature request is to provide users with the option to delete their Bitbucket Accounts without deleting the whole Atlassian Account associated with that email.
