As a workspace admin, when enabling 2SV enforcement Access control in Bitbucket Cloud, it's necessary to have Bitbucket's 2SV enabled on your own account.

Even if you have Atlassian 2FA enabled (https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/), Bitbucket will stop you from enforcing 2SV on your Bitbucket cloud workspace, as you don't have Bitbucket's 2SV enabled. Additionally, once this option is enabled, users with Atlassian 2FA only will not be able to use Bitbucket, and they will have to set up Bitbucket's 2SV.

Bitbucket should be able to recognize that you have Atlassian's 2FA enabled when enforcing 2SV with the premium Access Controls feature.
