Display whether or not a repository contains issues in workspace view

      G'day team,

Since the changes regarding workspace view were implemented, we have had a customer raise that the workspace dashboard view used to show issues but now does not.
This is causing them problems as they have 100 repositories and frequently referred to the dashboard view to review these issues.

They are able to use the API to gather this information - but being able to see "Has Issues?" displayed against their repository list in the UI would be helpful to narrow down which repositories they need to review:

      https://bitbucket.org/!api/2.0/repositories/WORKSPACE?fields=values.links.issues.*,values.has_issues,page,pagelen,size,next&q=has_issues%3Dtrue&pagelen=100

      Cheers!
