Builds fail when /bin/sh isn't present, without looking for other shells

      Currently, Build images that do not have /bin/sh binary will fail as System Error, with the following error message:

      failed to create containerd task: failed to create shim: the file /bin/sh was not found: unknown

      This feature request is to add the ability for Pipelines to look for other shells such as /bin/bash to run builds.
