Currently, the pipeline can't be resumed if a deployment stage failed and another pipeline is deployed to the same environment. Redeploy is also unavailable as initial deployment was never finished.
The only way forward is to start a new pipeline.
The proposal is to add a new pipeline operation "Rerun failed stage" that allows to rerun stage from the first step in a stage.

There are two options when a step within a stage fails:

            • Rerun failed step
            • Rerun entire pipeline

It's not possible to redeploy the failed stage from the first step

I think this is a bug rather than suggestion, as redeploy stage should always be available - whether the deployment succeeded or failed
