      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: no

      in some rare case, user would see a step errored because of "Protocol violation from Kubernetes"

      Steps to Reproduce

      This is intermittent issue in pipeline, we are yet to find a reliable way to reproduce it.

      Expected Results

      User have their step executed normally.

      Actual Results

      Step errored with error message: "Protocol violation from Kubernetes"

      Workaround

      Rerun the step should make it work again.
