Deleting a branch while the pipeline hasn't completed adds the pipeline to the origin branch

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: don't know

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a branch
      2. Delete the branch before the pipeline is finished running

      Expected Results

      Branch is deleted without side effects.

      Actual Results

      Branch is deleted, feature pipeline is added to the origin branch of the branch that was deleted. The feature pipeline says "branch not found" and fails.

      Workaround

      Recreate the branch that was deleted. Rerun the failed feature pipeline. The feature pipeline runs successfully, but is still added to the original branch. Delete the branch again.
