Pipelines cache notification if you're uploading more than 1 GB

    Description

      Currently, if you upload a Cache more than 1 GB, the Build teardown phase will only print:

      Assembling contents of new cache 'node'

      it would be very beneficial if we could notify users about the size of the Cache they're uploading and the reason why it is not uploaded.
