Description
When you have pipeline configured to trigger for a branch and a tag (or multiple trigers), against a single commit, pushing the commit and the tag, will trigger two pipelines.
A [skip ci] in the commit message, will skip any pipeline trigger configured.
In some scenarios, we'd like to push the commit but only trigger the branch pipeline and skip the tag pipeline.
It would be great if we can sometimes skip specific pipeline triggers when a commit / tag is pushed.
