Using an access key does not update its last used information on the repository settings

Issue Summary

The last used column of Access keys for a repository is not being updated with date a key was last used. Keys are shown as never used even after being used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an access key on a repository
2. Use it to clone said repository

Expected Results

The last used column being updated with the last time the key was used.

Actual Results

The last used column shows as never used

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
