Review the way admin role works for access deletion of other admins

We would like Bitbucket to review the way admin role works. We believe that we should have a way to grant people access that cannot be revoked by another (disgruntled) user.

The use case would be:

1. Prevent an employee, that has admin access in a team account, from delete/remove other admins if he leaves the company, as they would potentially be losing all their work.
2. Prevent users from deleting the team account without the consent of the company (either accidentally or intentionally).

Suggestion: If there was a way to either create a different role (superadmin or owner) that your access cannot be revoked or have a checkbox that prevents an admin user from being deleted or delete someone else (you can only remove yourself) it would also help.
