Here is what I'm seeing when try to access Source tab in the repository right now. ~30 minutes ago that same repository was operational and working just fine.
Also it turns out the issue affect API, since my Continuous Integration tool is not able to fetch files from the repository anymore.

Network tab in the browser shows the following hints for the failing requests:
