      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a test account and invite it to a repository
      2. Login as the test account and create a pull request in the repository
      3. Delete the test account
      4. Login as an original owner of the repository and try to merge the pull request

      Expected Results

      The pull request can be merged to the destination branch.

      Actual Results

      The Merge button keeps snipping, and the request receives an error like below:

      {"type": "error", "error": {"message": "We are unable to retrieve commit author information at the moment. Please try again later."}}

      Workaround
