Premium plan users cannot change directly to free plan

      An user which has a free plan can upgrade the account plan to Premium without an issue, but if you try to revert back from premium to free, although you select free in the plan change screen, the plan won't change.

      As a workaround you have to change your plan to standard, and then to free.

            This bug also affects users changing their plans from "Free with Overages" to "Free"

            The workaround for this issue is to first upgrade the account to "Standard" and from "Standard" downgrade to "Free"
