creating branch from jira issue behavior change and brackets remain

when creating a branch from a Jira issue on Bitbucket cloud, the branch would get the name of the issue but it would be normalized with certain characters being removed.

now, this changed a few days ago where now if the issue had brackets in the name like “[topic] some issue” then the branch is created with the first bracket removed and named like this “ID-topic]-some-issue”

this is clearly not the desired behavior. this breaks our process as docker tags are taken from the branch name and brackets are illegal characters in docker tags.

i would like to have this feature return to as it was working earlier for more than year that we are using it in this way with no problems, i don’t want to have to change our process.
