HTML special characters are escaped when you edit the issue in issue tracker

when you edit previously saved issue with the characters like < or > converts to < >

For example, if I have some text like:

DB fields:

product->title
product->desc

When I open the Issue tracker and edit this text again, all > will be converted to >
