Mercurial repos no longer show bookmarks in commit view

https://bitbucket.org/kokua/kokua-sl/commits/ revisions aaa3f57 and 64286e6 are current tips and also bookmarks; the bookmark indicator is no longer shown in the commit display

Since this repo uses bookmarks rather than named branches to manage its branches this is a major pain

The screenshot shows how the top of the repository looks in TortoiseHg with the bookmarks shown
