Issue merging code

receiving 500 errors from the server when we try to merge code after a pull request is complete

• workaround: had to manually drop the branch permissions and do the merge by hand from developer machine

we are also seeing all of our users show up as “Unknown User” or represented by their GUID prefixes site wide
