Commenting on issues does not work with Safari on macOS 10.14.6

I can no longer directly add comments to issues using Safari (12.1.2, on macOS 10.14.6), but have to edit the issue to add a comment.

That is:

• Go to an issue (I noticed this on https://bitbucket.org/ronaldoussoren/pyobjc/issues/269/failed-to-setup-if-commandlinetools-is)
• On the bottom is a text box to add a new comment (“What would you like to say?”)
• Clicking on this replaces the basic text box by a rich text control. This control does not accept text input on Safari.

Workaround:

• Use the “Edit” button in the upper right part of the screen, then edit the comment text.

P.S. I don’t know when this issue started and if it is related to my update to 10.14.6 or an earlier change on bitbucket.org.
