    Description

      Problem

      The pipelines configuration wizard triggered by Settings >> Pipelines Settings >> Configure bitbucket-pipelines.yml button can only run one time per repository.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Enable pipelines and configure a dummy bitbucket-pipelines.yml file through:
        1. Toggle Settings >> Pipelines Settings >> Enable pipelines
        2. Click Configure bitbucket-pipelines.yml button
      2. Delete the bitbucket-pipelines.yml
      3. Go to Settings >> Pipelines Settings and click Configure bitbucket-pipelines.yml button

      Expected results

      You ware able to create another file from the UI through the wizard.
