Description

When a user performs an action on one of the repositories we are watching, we should receive an email notifying us about this action. However, when a user has the 'New pull request experience' enabled he will not receive these notifications, even after making sure that notifications are enabled.

Expected result

All the users that are watching the repository would receive a notification.

Current result

The users that have the 'New pull request experience' enabled will not receive this notification, while the other users will.

Workaround

Temporarily disable the 'New pull request experience'.
