More Audit options for Operations teams

Audit log features provided by Bitbucket were not even basic and not sufficient for the operations guys to manage the account.

User Management Operations features that Bitbucket should provide to manage the account.

1. Inviting new users
2. Enabling and revoking site access to users
3. User adding email alias to his account.
4. Adding users to groups

Every event of above should trigger a notification to a group or admin group.
