Trigger custom pipeline from commit message

Would be nice to be able to trigger certain pipelines by appending a commit message command.

E.g. FIX-2121 - Added Foo token to Bar payload #pipeline:deploy-qa as a commit message could trigger the pipeline “deploy-qa”. Where “deploy-qa” is the pipeline name.

That should be enabled per-pipeline through configuration, and only available for custom pipelines.

Would be a huge time saver for quick deployments that can’t be fully automated.
