Changing Assignee on an Issue leaves a comment with the whole description again. - Customer's behalf

    Description

      Currently, if you change the assignee of an Issue on Bitbucket’s Issues page, that will leave a comment containing the whole Issue description again, which depending the size of the description might impact the usability of that feature.

      Would be nice to have rather than:

      User

* assigned issue to New User

The whole issue description.

      Something just like:

      User

* assigned issue to New User
