Create Branch drop down needs to filter all branches not just 10

The create branch option on the branch UI of a repository lists only a maximum of 10 branches from the filtered string. The request is to make it more convenient to search for users who have a lot of branches. Example: Feature-01,,,,,,Feature-abc-60. This demands the search string to be accurate if not the branch doesn’t show-up within the dropdown which shows only 10 branches.
Options that can be considered to improve:

• Provide a Next button
• Allow for Manual entry instead of search
• Include a larger scrollable list/drop down
