Issue search requires pressing Enter key to run search (other views don't)

Search not working

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to issues, e.g.: https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues
2. Type "test" in the "Find issues" search box on the top right (don't hit Enter)

Expected: It runs a search
Actual: Nothing happens until you press Enter. Note that other views such as commits, branches and pull requests automatically run a search as soon as you stop typing.
