Our deployment variables have disappeared

We have deployment variables on our project that no longer show up (I noticed the new premium admin access feature so it might be related). Repository settings env variables do show up. For example we had deployment specific NODE_ENV defined per deployment stage that no longer shows up even though our deployments still work, so I think it's a rendering issue. I do see chrome JS console errors. I have tried refreshing all JS files, didn't work. We're trying to put in more variables in production but we have no certainty that they're saving and we're blocked.
