Enforce App Password for managed accounts

Currently, if your account is managed, you will need to use an App Password in order for you to do GIT operations.

However, some users are not aware of this.

Feature Request:

It would best if we can enforce the use of App Password for managed accounts.
Or let Admins enforce the App Password for all users.

As it is possible to do with Atlassian Access, we would also like to be able to reset the App Password from time-to-time (like the Password Expiry functionality).
