feature branch status "X behind Y ahead" stale

It seems that (sometimes?) the "X behind Y ahead" display of a feature branch is not updated in a timely fashion: after rebasing a feature branch onto current master and force pushing to bitbucket the commits behind/ahead isn't updated (when build triggers are still running?)
