Project-wide pipelines view

We work in a growing microservices platform where we have dozens of builds that will eventually be hundreds. We would like a more centralized view of the pipelines build statuses. We think it would be easiest to provide a view of all recent and running builds at a project level which would include all repos in that project. The view could be exactly the same as an individual pipeline view.
