Repository is in read only mode (over 2 GB size limit)

I transferred a repository to a group that has paid access. This should allow for repositories over 2GB in size. I shouldn't be getting this error message when I try to push now that I'm paying for bitbucket. LFS has 1GB remaining, so it isn't that.
